RETURNS POLICY

Process

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item must not have been fitted, nor used and still in its original packaging. You will also need to provide receipt or proof of purchase.

  • To request a return, please contact us via email at reelrodlock@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES

Process

  • Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Warranty does not cover fading or discolouration caused by exposure to sunlight or chemicals. This warranty shall be void in the event a product has been modified in design or function, subjected to abuse, misuse, mishandling, unauthorised repair or wear and tear.
